A flat rate delivery fee of $10 will be applied to the cart. All orders are sent by Australia Post Express satchel with tracking info. You will be issued with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If your goods are not received with 7 days please contact info@magnoliacollective for us to follow up. Please allow extra time during busy periods ie. Christmas, as we cannot control the delivery times that are quoted to us from Australia Post.
Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive your order within 1-3 business days Australia wide. Please note delivery time frames can differ if you live in rural or regional areas.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes & therefore require a residential or business address.

Due to the volume of orders we receive we do not accept any changes or cancellations to online purchases. We do not accept responsibility for any lost/missing orders that have been left at your door by our courier company/Australia Post in your absence. If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended please make note of this on your order at check out.
We are unable to provide a refund for change of mind, however if you receive an item that is incorrect sizing or your not completely happy with it we will happily allow an exchange and/or replace with an e-gift card from our boutique. Please note we do not allow exchange on sale/clearance items, nor jewellery or swimwear.
Procedure for exchange
In order for an exchange to be permitted merchandise must meet the below requirements;
- Merchandise must be unworn
- No alterations
- Not washed
- No odours or stains
- Original tags must be attached
- Proof of purchase including receipt included with return
Australian Returns: Returns must be received within 10 days from date of purchase.
International Returns: Returns must be received within 15 days from date or purchase.

Returns Terms + Conditions
Under no circumstances will we accept items without the above.
In the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns on swimwear, intimates and accessories.
Our exchange policy only applies to full priced merchandise & not reduced/sale or clearance.
All returns and postage fees are at customers expense.
We cannot take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your item during the postal process. All items are carefully checked by our staff before leaving our store to ensure they are in immaculate condition/quality.
We recommend returning your item with a reliable courier/Australia Post& tracking number.
We will always provide any customer with the opportunity for a refund if your item is deemed faulty and not meeting the quality requirements it was sold in. Our first attempt will be to replace the item, repair (if option available), if not provide a full payment refund of the amount of purchase.
If we feel a particular garment is smaller or larger than its labelled sizing we will make mention in the item description. If you are unsure of the sizing of a particular garment the size guide below will help you, however, please refer to the specific manufacturers website for detailedsizing information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Australia – Magnolia Collective uses Australia Post. Postage is generally 1-3 business days if you are located in a major city. Each delivery comes with a traceable tracking number.
International – International deliveries take approximately 3-10 business days. Magnolia Collective uses Australia Post International Air for all International orders. Each delivery comes with a traceable tracking number.
What happens if I live in a rural area?
Please allow additional time frames for rural & regional areas. This also applies to Northern Territory & Western Australia. Christmas & Public Holidays will also influence a longer delivery time frame for all states.
What is the delivery time frame for International orders?
All International orders take approximately 5-10 business days. Please allow longer periods for rural cities and during holiday periods.
I have not received my order?
Please contact your local post office immediately to make sure a delivery hasn’t arrived when you were not home & has been redirected back to your post office or courier depot. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us and we can follow up immediately. You can also track your delivery via the tracking number provided after purchase in the email you receive.
What happens if my International city/country is not listed?
If your International city is not listed please contact our customer care team at

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Are sizes standard?

Is there a store for me to try items on in person before buying?
Yes, you can visit us in store at Magnolia Collective Boutique, Thirroul, NSW. Please visit our ‘Contact Us’ page for a detailed location map on how to find us. Our boutique is generally open Mon –Sun.
Can i cancel an order once it has been placed?
No, once an order has been finalised and payment made we cannot cancel.
Can I return my purchase if I am unhappy or incorrect sizing?
Yes, we happily allow exchanges. Please refer to our returns policy for full details, terms & conditions.
Can I return a sale item?
No, our sale items are reduced to clear so please choose carefully. We do, however, allow exchanges on all full priced items.
How do i access store credit?
Once a returned item has been received and processed we will email you an e-gift card to the same value of your purchase (less any postage fees, if applicable). You then have 3 months to use this and find the perfect item!
What happens if i like an item but its out of stock?
Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com and we can place your name on a waiting list. We always aim to re-order items for customers if supplier still has stock available.
Is your site secure & personal details private?
Yes, we have a safe and secure site. No third party is involved in running our e-boutique. All payment gateways used are safe and secure for processing our payment.
